9 Tips for Dealing with Allergies:
1. Squirt saline solution up each nostril regularly. Get it ready-made at a pharmacy or you can make your own by mixing 1/4 teaspoon sea salt in 1/2 cup of water and snort it up your nose by holding one nostril closed as you inhale the solution up the other one. Then switch sides and repeat.
2. Use warm compresses on the back of your neck, particularly where the skull is attached,
3. Remind yourself to keep your jaw loose by placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
4. Massage the back of your head and neck, pressing what’s sore until the pain lessens (and it will)
5. Use your fingertips to massage around your eyes, feeling for sore spots and applying gentle pressure there.
6. Consult a homeopathic healing expert for natural ways to combat allergies.
7. Avoid mucus-forming foods, such as milk products during the height of allergy season.
8. Use red pepper to stimulate mucous elimination.
9. Wear a mask when during the height of the season.
