Does "turtle
neck" describe your posture?
Good Posture goes a long way!
Try this:
- Tuck your chin in, elongating the back of your neck.
- Imagine a string attached to the center of your
- head, slowly pulling you up.
- Exhale.
- Now and relax into your normal position.
- Inhale.
- Exhale as you try it again
- Allowing your shoulders to widen
- Your spine to lengthen upward
- Your belly to flatten
- Tuck in your chin
- Ears are even
- Eyes are level
- Make sure to repeat this often to alleviate that burning sensation between your shoulders and to relieve the compression of your upper spine.
It's the little things that cause bad habits and it's the
little things that help us to feel BETTER.
Isn't better worth it?
